Tony founded MVM Moving over 20 years ago while taking business classes at Owens Community College. One of his first jobs was at a moving company, which inspired him to realize that our community needed a high-quality moving company. MVM has grown thanks to Tony’s ability to lead a team of people towards a common goal. “I feel I can navigate through different and unique personalities to point everyone in the same direction,” he said.
While growing his business, he is proud that MVM has received awards from the state and many organizations, including being named a Best of Toledo by Toledo City Paper three years in a row. MVM is often seen on the local news stations offering insight on moving and related topics.
Outside of MVM, Tony enjoys fishing, ice fishing, hunting, boating, and spending time with friends and family. Tony has been married to his wife, Wendy, for 14 years. They have two sons: Collin (who also works at MVM during the summers) and Corbin. The family has four cats. “As a dude, I like cats more than I should,” he admits.
Tony’s MVM Moving motto is: Do it right the first time.

Ben has been part of MVM for many years and has grown alongside the company — starting on the trucks, leading training programs, helping launch new branches, and now overseeing company-wide operations. With experience in every layer of the business, he knows what it takes to execute complex moves and build strong, reliable teams from the ground up.
Ben’s favorite part of his role is staying connected with every MVM location, mentoring future leaders, and supporting the company’s continued growth. He believes in building teams through trust, accountability, and shared standards, and he remains closely involved in day-to-day operations to set the tone for excellence across the organization.
Fun fact: In addition to his work at MVM, Ben has served his community as a firefighter/EMT for more than 20 years. His public-service experience shaped his leadership style — steady under pressure, teamwork-driven, and focused on doing what’s right.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his family — camping, boating, and riding ATVs and snowmobiles whenever he gets the chance. He’s usually got a project going at home and likes hanging out with friends and keeping things relaxed. Ben and his wife, Amanda, have two kids, Wes and Madison, and two shih tzus who happily run the house.
